Welcome to MoneyFlow, developed by RKSoft. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the MoneyFlow mobile application.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and being fully transparent about our data practices. By downloading or using MoneyFlow, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
All financial data you enter — transactions, accounts, categories, budgets, bills, investments, notes — is stored locally on your device only. We do not collect, transmit, or access this data in any way.

All your financial data is stored exclusively on your device using a local SQLite database. We have no server-side access to this data — not even for debugging or support purposes.
When you use the Backup feature, your data is exported as an encrypted .mbak file saved to a location you choose on your device. We do not have access to these backup files. You are solely responsible for their security.
We implement industry-standard practices to secure the App. We recommend using device-level security (PIN, biometrics) to protect your device and backup files.
We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements to free-tier users. AdMob may collect and use data as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
Premium purchases are processed entirely through Google Play Billing. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment details.
MoneyFlow uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (by Google) solely for app stability monitoring and anonymous crash reporting. This helps us identify and fix bugs to improve your experience.
These tools do not collect your financial data, transaction history, or any personally identifiable information. Reports contain only technical device and crash data.
MoneyFlow requests only the permissions necessary for its core features:

We do not request permissions for camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, phone calls, or SMS.
MoneyFlow is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has used this App, please contact us and we will take immediate steps to address it.
Premium status is verified through Google Play Billing on-device. We do not store premium status on any external server.
Since all your financial data is stored locally, you have full control over it. You can delete your data by:

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Effective Date at the top will be updated accordingly. Significant changes will be communicated through an in-app notification or a Play Store update notice.
